Frozen yoghurt: Free!

Free! is a premix in powder that has to be diluted in 2 litres warm water and 1 kg of skim yoghurt to obtain a sugar free, fat free frozen yoghurt using a soft serve machine.

The final product is tasty and rich in prebiotic fibers. The mix is sweetened with natural sweeteners such as maltitol and sorbitol (no aspartame) and for this reason can be served to people with diabetic problems.

Please note that an excessive consumption of poly alcohols like maltitol or sorbitol may cause some laxative effect and this declaration should be exposed by the product.
