Frozen Yoghurt: Yopiù Classic

Frozen Yopiù (Classic Version) is the ideal product for your frozen yoghurt.

With many year experience worldwide, COMPRITAL is the right partner for a succesful frozen yoghurt production.

Our Frozen Yopiù is the most appreciated Frozen Yoghurt mix in powder in many international markets: it has the right sharp flavour of skim yoghurt, a good overrun and the right creaminess. Our mix is fat free and with spray dried yoghurt and pre biotic fibers.

Dosage is one bag (1,5 kg)  diluted in 6 litres of milk (full fat or skimmed).for a total of 7,5 kg liquid mix. This will give aprroximately 75 small portions of 100 g each (volume depending from machine)

Part of milk can be replaced with fat free or low fat yogurt to assure probiotic count.

The final frozen yoghurt can be served as it is or decorated with our TOPPINGS, fresh fruit or the innovative system called DOPPIOSENSO (instant warm sauces for frozen yogurt) .

Frozen Yogurt: Yopiù LF

Frozen Yopiù LF is the newest developement of the Frozen Yopiù line, where LF stays for Lactose Free (less than 0,05%).

Many people eat yoghurt because they are lactose intollerant (missing a specific enzyme in their body). Fresh yoghur has a lower percentage of lactose than milk (lactose is divided in the single components glucose and galactose during production process), besides a specific componet is in yoghurt to help our intestin to assimilate the remaining lactose.

We extimate that approximately 70% of the world population is lactose intollerant.

The frozen yoghurts on the market, being based on liquid milk and powdered milk, have the same lactose concentration of standard liquid milk (approx 5%). This means that a lactose intollerant person cunsumin a standard frozen yoghurt, will face the same health problems that would be caused by an equal amount of fresh milk.

Frozen Yopiù LF should be diluted in water and it is based on lactose free milk powders and yoghurts. Once diluted in water, the final lactose concentration is 100 times less than standard milk, or, if diluted in water and fresh standard yoghurt, more than 10 times less than milk, with all lactose coming from fresh yoghurt (that we already told it gives less problems than the one from fresh milk).

Frozen Yoghurt: Yopiù N

Frozen Yopiù N is the natural developement of our Frozen Yopiù Classic for the most esigent customer.

The mix in powder is without emulsifiers and stabilizers providing a very clean lable frozen yoghurt in comparison with all your possibile competitors.

We use Fructose (natural fruit sugar) and Dextrose (natural maize sugar) to obtain a lower glycemic index frozen yoghurt mix when compared to a standard one sweetened with sugar (saccharose)

Frozen Yopiù N, as the Classic Frozen Yopiù, is fat free and with Pre Biotic fibers added. Dosage is 1 bag (1,5 kg) + 6 litres milk or, for a pro biotic declaration, 5 litres milk and 1 kg fresh yogurt.

The overall taste of the N version vs the Classic one is similar, but with a weak fruity backtaste that makes the final tartness unique and special.

Frozen yogurt: Free!

Free! is a premix in powder that has to be diluted in 2 litres warm water and 1 kg of skim yoghurt to obtain a sugar free, fat free frozen yoghurt using a soft serve machine.

The final product is tasty and rich in prebiotic fibers. The mix is sweetened with natural sweeteners such as maltitol and sorbitol (no aspartame) and for this reason can be served to people with diabetic problems.

Please note that an excessive consumption of poly alcohols like maltitol or sorbitol may cause some laxative effect and this declaration should be exposed by the product.

Frozen Yoghurt: Smoothy

It is not a frappè or a milk shake but Smoothy is a new yoghurt based drink to realize a new product for your shop with a unique taste and appeal. It may be used in ice slush machine for a very convenient sale or simply mixing the necessary ingredients (milk, water, fruit and powdered mix) in a jar and serve in glasses or plastic cups.
This unique blend is a mix of of the healthy proprieties of milk, yoghurt, fruit and vegetables. The mix is sweetened with fructose, the natural sweetener of fruit and it is saccharose free. It is also fat free if you use skim milk, since the mix in powder have no added fats, nor animal or vegetal.Smoothy is a new healthy drink, a concentrate of natural energy that can be sold in your shop every single day of the year as breakfast, light lunch or after dinner.
It si rich in vitamins but with a few calories; Smoothy is the new healthy trend of food. This is Comprital’s answer to customers looking for an healthy and natural diet.
Smoothy can be blended with any kind of fruit, giving you the possibility of experimenting a new flavour per day.
Some ideas? Banana and red berries to have a drink rich in anti oxidants and fight the free radicals; carrot, apple and orange for a mix rich in Vitamin C; or why not to present something new like carrot, seller and fennel, a nice mix in summer to get a nice tan.
Smoothy gives a lot of space to your fantasy but with a sole bottomline: a fresh taste completely natural.
Recipe: Smoothy base 600g, milk 2l,water 1l,fruit 250g.
